What the result does

A visible first pass, not a hidden assumption

The calculation uses only the values entered on this page and the published loading references shown beside the result. It does not select a model, set a price, approve occupancy or replace a project-specific logistics and engineering review.

Planning tool questions

Is the result an AeroPodHomes quotation?

No. Every monetary input comes from the user. The result is a planning allowance that helps identify missing cost headings before a supplier quotation, freight offer and local scope are confirmed.

Why are import and local works separate?

They are controlled by different information. Import allowances depend on destination treatment and shipment value; local works depend on the site, foundations, access, crane, utilities, labour and approvals.

Why does the selected format change the movement count?

Some formats pack several rooms inside one 40HQ, while others require one or two containers per unit or move as out-of-gauge cargo. Transport state can therefore change the project allowance materially.
