Privacy policy
Last updated 2 August 2026
This policy explains what happens to the information you send us, why we hold it, and how to have it corrected or deleted. It covers this website only.
Who is responsible
AeroPodHomes operates this website and decides how the information described here is used. Questions about this policy, or any request concerning your data, can be sent to cici@aeropodhomes.com and will be answered by a person, not an autoresponder.
Registered company details are added to this page as soon as they are confirmed for publication.
What we collect
The project brief form collects only what a project review needs: your name, company, work email, destination country, project type, quantity, target opening, site and utility conditions, product interest, finish level, budget range and the project summary you write.
We do not ask for, and you should not send, payment details, identity documents or personal data about other individuals.
Our hosting provider records standard technical data — IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp — in server logs, as every web server does. These logs are used to keep the site available and secure.
Why we use it and on what basis
Your brief is used to answer your enquiry: to identify suitable models, prepare delivery assumptions and continue the project conversation. Under the UK/EU GDPR this is processing necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
We do not use your details for advertising, we do not build marketing profiles, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.
Who else sees it
Your brief is delivered to our project inbox by an email delivery service acting on our instructions. The website is served by a hosting provider that processes the technical log data described above. Both act as processors and may not use your information for their own purposes.
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics receives page and interaction data as described under Cookies and analytics below. It never receives your name, email address, telephone number or the text of your project summary.
We disclose information to anyone else only where the law requires it.
International transfers
We work with buyers worldwide, so your enquiry may be handled in a country other than your own — including by team members and processors outside the UK and EEA. Where that happens, transfers rely on the safeguards permitted by applicable data protection law, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Where a project proceeds, correspondence is retained for the life of the project and for the period afterwards required by contract, tax and product-liability obligations. Server logs are kept for a short technical retention period by the hosting provider.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive it in a portable format. Write to cici@aeropodhomes.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are in the UK or EU and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and builds no marketing profiles. We use Google Analytics to see which pages help buyers make decisions — and only if you accept it. Until you choose, analytics storage stays switched off and no analytics cookie is set.
You can decline in one click and the site works exactly the same. If you change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser and the choice will be asked again.
Analytics receives page addresses and interaction events such as which model page was opened or which brief step was reached. Names, email addresses, telephone numbers and anything you type into the project summary are never sent to it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and enquiries are transmitted encrypted. Access to the project inbox is restricted to the people handling enquiries. No online transmission is ever completely risk-free, so please do not send commercially sensitive documents through the form — we will agree a secure route with you during project review.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the updated date above will change and the new version will be published here before it takes effect.
