These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern any supply of goods or services — that is done by the project contract agreed for each order.
Using this site
You may read, print and share pages from this site for your own project evaluation. You may not copy the site's content, drawings, models or imagery for commercial reuse, republication or training of automated systems without our written permission.
The site is not an offer
Nothing on this site is a quotation, an offer capable of acceptance, or a commitment to supply. Prices are not published because they depend on configuration, quantity, destination and delivery term. A binding agreement exists only when a written contract is signed by both parties.
Product information
Model names, areas, capacities, forms and delivery approaches describe a platform that is configured per project. Dimensions, specifications, packing formats and delivery scope are confirmed for your destination during project review, and the approved project documents prevail over anything published here.
Imagery
Photographs and visualizations are labelled by what they can evidence: operating destination, built-form reference, factory production reference, installation reference, or design visualization. A design visualization shows an approved or proposed design, not a completed building. A reference image does not assert that AeroPodHomes delivered the project shown unless the page says so explicitly.
Engineering information
Engineering figures, models, sequences and drawings published here are coordination information. They are not construction documents and carry no professional stamp. Structural sizing, welds, anchors, lifting points, measured weights, fire and thermal performance, and compliance with local codes are confirmed for each destination by the appointed engineers of record and the relevant authorities. You must not rely on this site for construction, permitting or safety decisions.
Buyer tools
Checklists, guides and calculators on this site are general information to help you frame questions. They are not legal, engineering, tax or financial advice, and they do not replace professional advice on your own project.
Availability and links
We aim to keep the site available and accurate but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw content at any time. Where we link to third-party sites, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
