Inside Our Factory: How Modular Capsule Homes Are Manufactured

Take a behind-the-scenes look at the production process and see how real factory photos help international buyers verify product quality before placing an order.

When purchasing modular housing internationally, buyers need more than architectural renderings—they need proof of production quality. That is why we provide real factory and showroom photos of our capsule homes, expandable container houses, and interior fit-outs.

Each unit begins with a galvanized steel pipe frame engineered for structural strength and long-term durability. Exterior walls are finished with 2.0 mm aluminum panels and insulated with XPS, EPS, rock wool, or polyurethane, depending on climate requirements.

The interior is fitted with bamboo fiber wall panels, SPC flooring, aluminum doors and windows, and fully integrated plumbing and electrical systems. Bathrooms, kitchens, lighting, and smart features are installed before the unit leaves the factory.

Our manufacturing process includes:

  • Structural frame welding
  • Wall and roof assembly
  • Insulation installation
  • Interior finishing
  • Bathroom and kitchen fit-out
  • Electrical and plumbing integration
  • Quality inspection and testing
  • Packaging and shipping preparation

By reviewing real production media, buyers can confidently assess workmanship and finish quality before requesting a project quote.
